What we have is called a "sponsorship" program.
Owner of said funds is the required principle.
Funds must be in a solid bank.
We need a statement and a CIS on the client.
Takes less than a week for the compliance and the bankers (bank to bank) place an admin hold on the account for 12 months, which is of no costs to anyone.
